How do you measure the value of training
Our clients send their staff to our computer training courses because a gap in their knowledge has been identified. But how do you measure whether the training has been successful.
One way is to measure the return on investment from the training. For example a person earning $32,000 pa attending one of our full day courses will provide an ROI of 350% if their productivity is increased by 5 %.

Another is to witness the point when a course attendee suddenly "gets it". Our trainers are witness to this during most sessions and gain a lot of satisfaction when they see trainees not only understand the software, but can also see how they will use it and how it will make their job easier.
One of our Excel course attendees recently told us that it was.. “Extremely useful to be able to attach the content to real pertinent work being done rather than just exercises."
